Terms of Service
==============

Rental Terms and Conditions:
1. Rental Period and Pricing
Rental periods begin and end on the dates specified in your reservation.
The minimum rental period varies by location and is indicated in the pricing
table for each pad. Early returns do not qualify for partial refunds
unless otherwise and prior arranged with the operator. Late returns will
incur additional charges at the daily rate plus a 20% late fee. Late fees
start at start of the next rental day.

2. Pick-up and Return
Crashpads must be picked up and returned to the same location unless
otherwise arranged with the operator. Please check the operator's opening
hours before planning your pick-up and return. You must be prepared to
present a valid ID and the credit card used for the booking at the time of pick-up.

3. Use and Care
Crashpads are designed for bouldering purposes only. The renter is responsible
for using the equipment properly and for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Crashpads should be kept dry and clean, and should not be left in direct
sunlight for extended periods when not in use. If the crashpad is a "taco",
meaning it does not have hinges, it should be stored open, not closed.

4. Liability
Bouldering is an inherently dangerous activity. By renting our crashpads,
you acknowledge the risks involved and agree that Padadise and its affiliated
operators are not responsible for any injuries sustained while using the
equipment. You are responsible for assessing the safety of climbing conditions
and for using the crashpad appropriately to minimize risk.

5. Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from:

Subletting or transferring your rental to another person
Modifying, altering, or attempting to repair the crashpad
Using the crashpad for commercial purposes without prior written consent
Using the crashpad for purposes other than bouldering fall protection

6. Lost or Damaged Equipment
In the event of damage beyond normal wear and tear, the renter will be
charged for repair costs. If the crashpad is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond
repair, the renter will be charged the full replacement value of the equipment.
